Complete high-end converter unit suitable for Piaggio Si, Bravo, Grillo, Boxer and Ciao (with adaptation work) mopeds / mopeds with variomatic drive.
Select high-quality materials make this clutch an extremely resilient and hard-wearing clutch that can be used as an original clutch and converter unit for street use as well as a reliable clutch for racing and high-end applications.
The following parts are included in the scope of delivery:
- Fixed Pully: Ø 102 mm, 15° inclination, double-D mount, M24x1 nut
- Torque Driver: Ø 102 mm, 15° inclination, bearing on EKU bushing (self-lubricating, no greasing necessary!).)
- Yellow counter-pressure spring: silicon alloyed steel, 40 kg
- Fly clutch: clutch shoes with fly system, special springs which are matched to the weight, reinforcement ring, retaining bolt with 6.5 mm diameter
- Fixed hub: Needle roller bearing 13/19-12 mm, grease filled and shaft sealing rings for sealing, 6.5 mm bolt diameter for holding the clutch shoes.
Installation tips:
Since the pulleys have an outside diameter of 102 mm, adjustments must be made to Piaggio Ciao frames.
The tightening torque of the nut is 60 - 70 Nm.
The clutch is not compatible with standard parts of the current torque converter units, only the parts listed in the accessories can be combined.
