Variomatic gear set for your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo and Boxer moped / moped.
The torque converter shaft has been equipped with an M10x1.25 mm thread and a feather key instead of a key compared to the original input shaft. In addition, the thickness of the output gear was increased in order to create a larger contact surface for the meshing flanks. This is particularly advantageous under high loads, as can occur in the cross area, and contributes positively to durability. Unfortunately, the Velo gear (bicycle gear) can no longer be used due to these modifications.
Polini supplies the input shaft and the first gear as a set as well as the third and fourth gears as a set.
Type in your desired gear ratio of 12.82:1 or 11.40:1 in the selection field.
Input shaft: 11 teeth
Intermediate gear: 23 teeth
Small double gear: 11 / 30 or 10 / 30 teeth
Large gear: 46 or 47 teeth
