39 mm racing cylinder incl. head for your Zündapp Belmondo moped / moped.
Fits Zündapp Belmondo mopeds, Zündapp Bergsteiger M25/M50 mopeds, as well as Alpa Spezial 3000 or Alpa Black River small motorcycles which have a Zündapp type 247 engine installed.
The high-quality racing kit including cylinder head from the quality brand swiing® ingenious paired with the legendary VERTEX piston in OEM quality is guaranteed to exceed all expectations and set new milestones in the moped scene.
With the right setting, you can get a powerful 2.8 hp on the rear wheel. For those who want a little more steam, they can switch to the 44 mm tuning cylinder, with which an incredible, tested 5.9 hp is possible.
The following attributes characterize the cylinder:

All instructions for installing / retracting the cylinder are explained in the video.
As shown, the two silentblocs for the cylinder head and high-quality stud bolts for the intake and exhaust are included in the scope of delivery.
Please select the desired cylinder head with or without decompression bore in the selection field.
Note: The original stud bolts of the engine housing are too short due to the height of the cylinder kit and must be replaced by longer bolts (item 24319).
For Zündapp engines with an 85 mm short connecting rod, this must first be converted to a long connecting rod with a length of 91 mm (center - center) in order to use the cylinder. Please observe the installation direction when assembling. The piston is inserted with the arrow pointing towards the outlet on the exhaust side.
