Description

Special rear wheel conversion kit with industrial bearings and complete wheel axle, suitable for the rear wheel of your Pony GTX 503 and GTX 521 mopeds / mopeds.

The benefits of this conversion kit include improved stability, reduced vibrations and longer bearing life.

The kit is equipped with two ball bearings from the world's leading manufacturer SKF, complemented by precise steel spacers and a complete axle set from the quality brand swiing® ingenious.

The colored cable ties show you where to mount which component:

  • Green cable tie: brake anchor plate
  • Blue cable ties: wheel tensioner
  • Red cable tie: wheel hub

Notes:
The ponies are equipped with different types of rims ex works. This wheel axle is intended for rims that have a bearing seat for a 32 mm ball bearing on one side and a bearing seat for a 30 mm ball bearing on the other side.
Note also that the brake anchor plate must be drilled out from 11 to 12 mm.
