The stainless steel flat bar with three M8 threads is used to attach or mount the saddle to the seat tube (frame) of Piaggio Ciao mopeds / mopeds.
This saddle mounting plate is required for the early models «Ciao C9» (with rigid fork) and the «Ciao P» model with square seat post and spoke wheels.
Two pieces of the pressure plates are required.
