Racing variator from Pinasco for your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo, Boxer moped / moped with variomatic drive.
This variator impresses with its clean workmanship and, with its optimized roller tracks and pitch angles, ensures constant acceleration and more top speed than the original.
In terms of performance, the three racing variators from Polini, Malossi and Pinasco are closely matched. Even after countless kilometers of testing, we were unable to detect any significant differences.
The scope of delivery includes 6 gram weights. However, we recommend a set with a larger selection of weights (16 x 13 mm) for tuning. With souped-up engines, the belt often tends to slip, which is why we recommend that you also change the counter-pressure spring in the torque converter. This is also included in the scope of delivery.
If you have a Piaggio Ciao, you should also not use the Polini drive belt (item 24013), but the Bosch V-belt (item 29570), as the Polini belt is too narrow at the top.
