Product description

Full-flange crankshaft for Puch E50 engines, which are installed in Puch Maxi S / N mopeds / mopeds.

The crankshaft with original 43 mm stroke is made of forged steel, which makes it tougher and more resilient than conventional standard crankshafts.
For perfect balancing and pre-compression of the crankshaft, the balancing bores are sealed with tungsten plugs.

The connecting rod eye has a diameter of 17 mm. This means that different needle bearings can be used if a 12, 13 or 14 mm piston pin is used.

Attention: The needle bearing is not included in the scope of delivery. This must be ordered separately.
The housing must also be removed in the middle so that the reinforced connecting rod does not rub against the housing. Instructions from the manufacturer can be found in the download link.

The bearing set for the old model with 12 mm wide bearing inner ring can be used for the crankshaft.
